What Kind Of Protein Powder Should You Use?

There are so many different types protein powders available in health food stores and on the market in general. My personal preference is to use whey powder, which is a milk product derivative.

Good quality whey powder is micro-filtered and hydrolyzed (partially digested) and contains all of the essential amino acids in the correct proportions.

Whey protein powder is lactose free, easily digest so if you are lactose intolerant use a whey protein powder.

It is also important to make sure the whey powder you choose is not created from cows, treated with bovine growth hormone and antibiotics.
