The Secret Was Just The Beginning

March 30th, 2012 No comments

Do you remember that first spark of hope you felt when you watched The Secret with Bob Proctor I clearly remember the desire that filled my heart, knowing that – Yes, I can make my dreams come true – FINALLY!

But how many of you soon saw that hope dwindle into frustration? How many of you started muttering things like (and be honest now):

- “I just can’t get it right, but it seems to work for other people.”

- “I’m frustrated that sometimes I can get it to work, but sometimes I can’t. What’s the trick?”

- “Why am I having so much trouble?”

- “I think the universe is against me.”

- “I’m trying very, VERY hard but still nothing is happening!”

You’re not alone, don’t worry. About 97% of people also couldn’t make the Law of Attraction work for them the first time round. Think about it, just like anything else, before you see success, you have to practice many times. A child doesn’t learn to walk without falling over a couple of times, right?

But, everything is easier said and done in practice. It’s hard to stay positive, when you’re frustrated. And it’s especially harder to stay positive when the evidence all around you screams negativity like the unstable economy or senseless acts of violence such as those recently seen around the world.

And do you know what happens when you fail to stay positive? That’s right – you start attracting negative things in to your life.

So how can you make the Law of Attraction work for you – without getting frustrated? How do those who successfully implement the Law of Attraction do it with such confidence and finesse?

Well, here’s three quick tips so you will never feel frustrated or tired of begging from the universe, because you know how to start manifesting like a pro.

1. Allow Yourself To Receive

Just like a lost child who approaches a police officer and asks, “Excuse me Sir, can you tell me how to go to the post office? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you?” Well, the police officer can’t even give an answer, if the child goes on and on asking right?

Well, it’s the same thing with your mind. If the only thing your mind is doing is transmit, transmit, transmit, the universe — which is trying to respond — can’t give you a single thing because you’re not allowing yourself to receive!

So, have the confidence in yourself and stop exhausting yourself by running around person to person begging for riches, and then wondering why nobody is dropping a penny in your cup (Hint: It’s because you’re running away too fast for them before they can even reach for their wallets ).

Just think of your desires and leave it out there, go away, and trust that your cup will be filled with gold coins (or whatever it is you asked for) when the time is right.

2. Be Patient With Yourself

Receiving takes time.

Many people sadly, give up just a couple of steps before the finish line because they’ve decided that if it’s not working by now, it’s never going to work at all. Worse still are those who throw in more and more energy because they think that the results will come faster with more resources

This is like expecting 9 mothers to conceive and deliver a baby in 1 month. Also, in half the time you can’t bake cookies by doubling the temperature. You’ll incinerate those cookies to ashes!

In simple terms: Everything in this world has a natural development time, and this fact will not change no matter what resources you throw at it.

So be patient and relax. Remember as part of the universe, that you too are also governed by the laws of the universe, and the natural development time cannot be changed by you.

If you remember this, you will less likely work yourself up into frustration, or worse, push yourself into a negative downward spiral

3. Support and Educate Yourself

Like the child who is learning how to walk, you need support. You also need the role models to look up to, and the guidance on how to do it.

Many people give up because they think that “The Secret” is the “be all and end all” solution. Well, it’s NOT. “The Secret” is just a small portion. It has never been or never intended to be the whole answer.

Coming to the conclusion that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work when all you ever did to educate yourself was watch “The Secret” 19 times (without looking at changing the habits of other areas of your life) is like coming to the conclusion that exercising is not an effective way to lose weight because all you did is run on the treadmill for 2 hours a day (but you’re still stuffing yourself with cheesecake and fried foods. ).

So be hungry and seek for new knowledge. Also, make an effort to be amongst groups or people where you can learn from each other, support each other and also share new knowledge that you have found.

While the Law of Attraction is not an overnight delivery service, if you do your part too, it will indeed deliver!

Self Help Subliminal Messages

December 11th, 2011 No comments

The popularity of self help subliminal messages has exploded over the last few years. Individuals are realizing that they are in charge of their lives, that when they have a problem or a part of their lives that they need to improve on, they realize they can download helpful information or use an audio based self help product to make changes in their lives. The growth of the Internet in general has now enhanced the popularity of self help information. People can read up on their own awkward problems which they maybe want to keep private from their friends.

Secrecy is important in self help, but now people are checking out a new approach to self improvement which takes the principal of confidentiality even further – which is subliminal mp3.

Using subliminal audio with regard to self help means that you could develop yourself completely confidentially as messages enter your head effortlessly.

How Subliminal Messages May help

Subliminal messaging is often referred to as a soft form of hypnosis. Subliminal Messages work by bypassing your conscious mind and transmitting information straight to your sub-conscious mind. The big variation is you listen to subliminal audio cds pretty much passively as you carry on with other activities such as studying, or undertaking tasks around the house.

You won’t consciously hear anything, nevertheless the subliminal messages will still make their way into the subconscious mind, and as they build up there this can lead to changes from the inside, which grow and grow to produce external lasting changes as well. Changes can be fairly quick, but generally requires a little time to see improvements in your thoughts, beliefs, and your bodily behavior.

Similar to self-hypnosis, a core area of subliminal messaging is for personal development and also self help uses. Traditionally, it was used to develop self confidence and self motivation, yet as it’s popularity continues to grow, so has the selection of uses they cover. Currently it is possible to obtain cds to stop your self sabotage or even to help you overcome the fear of failure.

Subliminal audio is still not right for everyone, if you’re looking for a short cut or are not willing to work at it, then think again. Nonetheless, if you are serious about wanting to make a change in your life then audio subliminal downloads will give you an enhancement.

Help Your Child Cut Costs At College

September 29th, 2011 No comments

Even if you plan on saving when you go to college, it doesn’t hurt to start saving ahead of time. You’ll find that saving before and during your college days is an education in itself. Self-discipline and perseverance are the name of the game.

It would be a good idea to take exams and advance placement courses in high school. If you do well on it, you can save a lot of money in college by earning a college credit. It’s possible if you place high enough that you can enter college as a 2nd year student.

You can also take advantage of career focus educational programs. If you can master certain technical or occupational skills you may be able to skip them in college. No sense in repeating what you know. Learning about a career focus program can save you time and money.

Domestic service organizations offer young men and women an opportunity to work in community service programs around the country. If you are part of these programs, you get paid an allowance for working, and also an education award to go to tuition and fees. Doing this allows you to help your community, earn money and learn new skills.

It’s wise to log your expenses on a spread sheet. You will use this practice many other times in your life. Rather than wondering where your money went, you can always remain ahead by taking a look at your expenses on the spread sheet.

Don’t leave out any expense, including pizza, videos and used books. Buying used books is smart. Your parents will be impressed. You should always pay with cash, and if you use a credit card, make sure it is paid off at the end of the month.

Rice and pasta are healthier to eat, and less expensive than fast food. You can cook in your dorm or sign up for the cafeteria plan. Look for free food.

Some events will make refreshments and snacks available at no cost to students, just to attract their presence. Know what is happening on campus. If you’re a coffee drinker, stay away from fancy coffee shops and brew your own. You can choose to study in your room rather than a coffee shop.

It’s great to attend events at school and in the community for entertainment. These can range from concerts, movies and poetry readings. Check the school bulletin boards for dates and places and call the local chamber of commerce.

You can keep yourself healthy and in great shape. Avoid getting sick. Get plenty of rest, eat well, and exercise. By riding a bike instead than driving, you can get good exercise and save on gas.

If you need to work, adjust your school and work schedule to the best of your abilities, so that they won’t conflict. Lessons learned on how to save while in college can be taken with you forever. Lessons you learn on your own are at no cost and they will become a part of who you are.

Any occasion is a special occasion. Celebrate the moments in your life with fashionable wedding invitations and stylish invites that will make a lasting impression.

Stress indications can display themselves in quite a few forms, depending on who you are and what triggers your stress in your life. If you’re feeling stressed, it’s critical to act sooner, rather than later, so it doesn’t build and turn out to be worse. Generally stress symptoms might be solved with a simple change in your diet, or lifestyle, but whatever you do — don’t ignore it and hope things will magically turn out to be much better. Below you will find a lot of common indicators listed, which include both physical and emotional/mental indicators.

Physical Tension Signs

* You may perhaps discover yourself holding your breath when stress overwhelms you, or even have a difficult time catching your breath.

* Muscle pains for example: lower back, neck & shoulders, or even pain inside your jaw that can result from facial tics and nervous chewing.

* Loss of restful sleep. We all live with anxiety in our own way, but it may be difficult to drift off when life is stressing you out.

* Excessive sleep. Remember how we’re all distinct? While some people cannot acquire enough health and beauty sleep when dealing with excessive strain, others will spend all of their time             sleeping in an effort to cope.

* Digestive problems are a common symptom of anxiety and range from indigestion, constipation and even diarrhea.

* Excessive sweat, even when the temperature is cool (generally among the most embarrassing stress indicators).

What is The Law of Attraction

September 19th, 2010 No comments

What is the law of attraction? –
Law of attraction states that “like attracts like”. Whatever you focus on the most is what will be most attracted to your life. At first glance, that would seem to state that since we all think about having fulfilling lives, being rich and healthy, that we should all be living happily ever after, right?

Wrong. Although it is true that if we properly focused on those things that they would come to us in abundance, the truth is that most people don’t focus on having those things – they focus on the fact that they DON’T have those things!

So, going back to the definition of the Law of Attraction – “like attracts like”. If all you ever do is think about how much you wish you were healthy, or how much you wish you were rich, or how much you wish you were happy, do you know what the Universal Law of Attraction will bring you? A life full of wishing you had all of those things, would be the appropriate answer.

The only way to attract what you desire in life is to allow yourself to understand what it would feel like to have what you want, to allow yourself to believe that you will have it, that you deserve it, and by focusing on those positive beliefs and feelings on a consistent basis.

It seems way too simple to be true, right? It is hard for you to believe that just by thinking about having a new car that you will get one. You can’t grasp the fact that by just thinking about getting promoted at work that it will happen. You refuse to believe that by feeling positive about your life, that your fulfilling life will come to pass.

So, let’s see if you have been paying attention. If you believe that it’s not possible to get that car, that promotion, or that fulfilling life, guess what you are attracting with the Universal Law of Attraction? That’s right – NOT having those things!

In order to invoke the Law of Attraction for positive gain, you must visualize the things that you want, feel in your heart what it will be like to have them, and believe that you will get them. It really is just that simple! However, after spending decades of our lives being taught to “work hard for what we want”, we can’t bring ourselves to believe that anything less than hard work will bring those things into our lives.
Now, don’t misunderstand. The Law of Attraction is not “magic”. You won’t manifest material goods or personal success simply by thinking about them. However, the Universe WILL provide methods for you to gain those things, and hard work may not or may be part of that equation.

For that reason, it is important for you to remember that you have to be aware. When you train your mind to send out the positive emotional vibrations into the Universe that will bring these things to you, the Universe WILL answer. However, if you aren’t paying attention, you will not be home when Opportunity comes knocking at your door!

The Law of Attraction is not some sort of mystical mumbo-jumbo, but rather scientific fact. Bob-Proctor would tell you that the key is in knowing how to use that science,  and the consistent application of those scientific principles.
