Exercise With Friends

I have a very simple yet effective way to start exercising. Make it an event with your friends.

Get together with some of your friends and use each other as accountability partners.

At the beginning of each month set your healthy living goals, which should include healthy eating habits and an exercise program.

Sit down with your friends and together write out your goals then exchange a copy of your goals with your friends.

It would really help if you can call each other in the morning to motivate and encourage each other to reach your individual goals.

What ever form of exercise you choose to do together make it a really commitment to exercise together. Help each other to achieve your goals.

It will be whole lot easier to reach your health & fitness goals when you have the support and encouragement of your friends.

Believe you can achieve all of your goals and go for it
