Drink Water Lose Weight

Here is a fact that will not be disputed, drink water lose weight.

When you drink water on a regular basis, you will receive incredible benefits. You might notice a significant improvement to your skin and even your tired muscles will thank you. Most people find their energy is increased and constipation and headaches are significantly reduced, as well as hunger pains. Keep in mind that when your body is dehydrated you can lose as much as 20% of your strength.

When you consume caffeinated drinks it causes your body to lose water. Caffeinated drinks are known as diuretics as they cause your body to dehydrate. Do yourself an enormous favor by not consuming these types of beverages or at the least cut back. When ever you drink one cup of coffee you will need to drink an extra glass of water to counter the diuretic effect. If you enjoy warm or hot beverages try herbal teas.

If you haven’t been paying much attention to your water intake and your trying to lose weight, now is the time to pay attention. Drinking water to lose weight is the healthiest way to go.  If your goal is to lose weight then drink water to lose weight.

By not having consumed sufficient water in our diets, our bodies will have created a pattern of storing water. The human body has created a built-in survival mechanism that will store essential nutrients including water that are bodies need to survive when confronted with a short supply. Having said that, when we don’t consume enough water we are training our bodies to store water for future requirements. That built up water supply in our bodies translates to extra weight and size.

The best part is as we consume more water most people will notice a drop in body weight and size. Since the water that was previously stored by the built-in survival mechanism is no longer necessary.

The best water to drink is alkaline ionized water. Alkaline water ionizers break the water down from larger clusters of water molecules to smaller ones. By doing this, the smaller clusters are more able to pass through cell membranes and enter the cells. So, better hydration will create more weight loss when the water is wetter!

How to Make a Breakfast Smoothie

I’ve decided to put in a healthy recipes category. Try them out, then let me know what you thought of them.

6-8 oz nonfat yogurt

8 to 10 oz 1% low fat or nonfat milk (increase to 10 oz if using a 6-oz container of yogurt)

1 1/4 cup whole fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled 1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced, or 3/4 cup frozen peach slices (use a banana instead of the peach to make it thicker), 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 whole strawberries (optional)

Mix everything in a blender.

Yield: 2 servings

Serving Size: 10 oz

Calories: 207

A perfect healthy drink to start off the day.
