One of the main factors in gaining weight is bad eating habits. Most people don’t eat properly. They people wonder why, they have no weight loss to talk about.

The first thing you have to do is to change you’re eating habits, if you are looking to lose 10 pounds fast. You need to know how many calories, you are eating per day. If you don’t know, then now is the time to find out.

There is no reason not to know the calories you are taking in. If you cannot find it on the package of what you are eating, you can find it online. There are many sites that offer calorie counting for any type of food. It is essential that before you put anything into your mouth, you know how many calories it contains.

The next thing you have to do is to see how many calories you need to sustain yourself and how many you should take to lose weight. This all depends on you’re height, gender, age and lifestyle. Someone who has a sedentary lifestyle needs fewer calories than someone who is very active. What type of job do you do? If you sit at a desk all day or work at home, you need fewer calories than someone who is on their feet all day and walks quite a bit. Believe In Yourself

We all have health and fitness goals we wish to attain.

To turn your wishes into reality you have to believe in yourself. Of course you want your family and friends to support and encourage you, but ultimately it doesn’t matter.

The truth is your not always going to get support. You want it, you should even seek it out, but at first you may not have any.

Until the path you walk leads you to that support, nothing will stop your success when you believe in yourself.

April Wood Lost 105 lbs

It got to a point in 40 years young April Wood’s life, that she new she had to make changes in her life style. April weighed 250lbs and was determined to turn her life around. Through doing research on eating properly and exercise, April Wood was able to lose 105lbs. She went from a size 20 to a size 6.

Not only did she lose weight, April is now a certified personal trainer and runs marathons.
