How are sweating, calories and weight loss connected. You already know that when your body heats up, it tries to cool off by sweating. Sweating occurs because of the body’s temperature rising internally from exercise and other physical activity. It can also be stimulated by an external heat source, such as a sauna or the sun. Believe In Yourself

We all have health and fitness goals we wish to attain.

To turn your wishes into reality you have to believe in yourself. Of course you want your family and friends to support and encourage you, but ultimately it doesn’t matter.

The truth is your not always going to get support. You want it, you should even seek it out, but at first you may not have any.

Until the path you walk leads you to that support, nothing will stop your success when you believe in yourself.

April Wood Lost 105 lbs

April 20th, 2009

It got to a point in 40 years young April Wood’s life, that she new she had to make changes in her life style. April weighed 250lbs and was determined to turn her life around. Through doing research on eating properly and exercise, April Wood was able to lose 105lbs. She went from a size 20 to a size 6.

Not only did she lose weight, April is now a certified personal trainer and runs marathons.

Health Problems With Soy

My Lungs Were Burning

Over the last six years I have had four knee operations. Needless to say my cardio is not at its all time best. Now that’s an understatement, it’s down right terrible.

I’ve continued to lift weights, and have increased my strength over the same time period. Over the last four days I have started to jog.

My body is in shock, when I’m running my lungs are on fire and I feel like an old man. I can’t help but think of a time when I good run like the wind. Okay, maybe not like the wind but right behind it.

The first day was the worst; I didn’t get very far at all. Day two wasn’t much better. Day three saw some improvement, not much, but some. Day four my lungs were still burning but I was able to run twice as far as the previous three days combined.

It’s going to take a couple of months, but I can see myself running at a good pace for a good distance.

If your sitting back thinking you’re battling your fitness level all by yourself, your not, I’m right there with you.
