Ionized Water and Green Tea
Over the the last thirty days I have consumed nothing but ionized water and Green tea as my choice for my liquid intake.
On average I have at least eight large glasses of ionized water water and 4 to 5 green tea’s per day.
I quit drinking coffee (took 3 days for the head ache to stop), juice, milk and pop (soda). I was drinking way to much coffee and milk, which was truly bloated the heck out of me.
I don’t drink that much juice or pop (soda) but I decided not to have either of these beverages as well. To much sugar in juices and to much sodium in the pop (soda).
Something to remember with sodium is one part sodium will hold roughly 100 parts water. This will seriously increase your water retention, resulting in excess weight.
Now for the important news I dropped 5 pounds.
I found the first few days a little hard but after that it was a breeze.

Although I recommend using ionized water whatever water source you are using will still work.
