Don’t Over train

When your feeling run down this is your body telling you a few different things.

When exercising you will find that you will require more rest, food (healthy food) and you may be over doing it with your workouts.

Over training can be very negative to your overall health. Your body needs time to recuperate between workouts. A very heavy workout may need up to 72 hours to recuperate properly.

Make sure your getting plenty of rest, good food and don’t over train.
