Exercise in a pill?
I came across a news article with the headline “Exercise in a Pill”
I was about to get up on my soapbox and go to town.
With a little further reading, cooler heads have prevailed. Unfortunately for me now I have nothing to rant or rave about.
The article referred to a pill that does work, if you’re a mouse.
Mice that were Sedentary who took the drug for 28 days burned more calories and had less fat than untreated mice. When the mice were tested on a treadmill, they could run about 44 percent farther and 23 percent longer than untreated mice.
So yes they do have it, just not for humans. But their working on it.
