PMS Help
Looking for a little PMS help I have a quick tip for you.
If you suffer from PMS like almost 90% of women to some degree you may have a deficiency of magnesium which is known to cause many symptoms usually associated with PMS, such as irritability, depression, confusion and muscle aches.
One way to get enough magnesium is to eat cashews which are high in magnesium.
Mental note to myself buy my wife some cashews.
I mean that in a nice way.
